Experience has shown that many design/build projects fail to meet customer expectations on a number of fronts. Our own research has demonstrated that the general feeling in industry today is that organisations/companies investing in high capital expenditure projects rarely get what they envisaged at the start of the design/build process. As a quality, customer focused organisation, we strongly believe that the correct and most reliable way of undertaking projects is by involving and informing the customer all the way through the design process thereby producing a fully detailed design package that reflects their expectations more accurately. The design package can then be used for tender purposes to obtain accurate panel manufacturing and installation costs. Presenting these tender costs directly to the customer allows them to place the orders with the installer thus reducing unnecessary add-on charges. Once the tenders have been evaluated and an installer nominated Systemic can continue their involvement acting on the customers behalf through the entire construction phase either as site technical support or as site supervision and support, ultimately witnessing the testing and commissioning prior to handover and training.
